PRIVACY

Viral Threads is a small merch checkout. We do not run ads on this site, scrape social, or build a shopper dossier.

Stripe collects your payment details, email, phone, and shipping address to take the order. We never see full card numbers. Printful receives your name, shipping address, email, and phone so they can print and ship. That is the point of checkout.

We do not keep a customer database for the MVP. Stripe session metadata is the order record. Server logs may include order ids if a webhook fails. Optional tracking email uses Resend only if that key is configured.

If you sign up for drop emails, we store your email, the page you signed up on, and how you found us as a Stripe customer record (and with our newsletter tool, if we add one). Email support@viralthreads.shop to be removed. A 30-day cookie remembers which link you arrived from (for example, a post on X) so we know which posts sell shirts. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies.

Questions: support@viralthreads.shop. To ask Stripe or Printful to delete data they hold, contact them directly as well — they are separate processors.
